About Us
Dahan Goaltending is a premier goalie school for competitive hockey players looking for elite mentorship to achieve their true potential. Our training is demanding and realistic to challenge students no matter their skill level.

We provide high-end coaches who love what they teach alongside professional assistants/shooters and amenities (i.e. professional room setup, athletic therapy, gear education, hockey IQ seminars and high-end apparel).

We promote the brand of the goaltender and make changes that are well justified. We significantly impact each goalie's mental health and knowledge of the game. We will mentor the athlete through what it takes to play at their best
We serve goalies in Toronto, Halton Hills, Halton region, Caledon, Milton, Brampton, Mississauga, Guelph, Cambridge, Kitchener, Waterloo and Oakville.

Dahan Experience
Dahan Goaltending is designed to help AA/AAA athletes play at their best. When values and objectives align, our athletes appreciate the finer details we offer during our sessions.

Nick Dahan and his team are here to build athletes and take it seriously. Every goalie is treated like a professional on the ice and can expect excellent detail work on their skill and a high-tempo disciplined learning environment.
Expectations
Real-Time Video Review
iPad stations are set up on the ice to provide real-time feedback to the athlete. Video review helps visually learn and understand the subject being taught and keeps the athlete engaged when resting.
Elite Coaches & Shooters
All Dahan Coaches understand the high-level expectations they must deliver. They undergo training by shadowing Nick Dahan and formal classroom courses.

Shooters are brought to do a job, and they understand this is a hockey school. They work hard for the goalies by shooting well, playing the rebounds and pushing their own limits on our ice.
Professional Program
Dahan Goaltending is a tenant at the CAA Centre, a facility built for a professional program.
We provide Athletic Therapy, Game Footage Review and Educational Workshops on-site. During camps a large pro dressing room to prepare for the sessions.

NICK
DAHAN
Passionate, energetic, and relentless, Nick Dahan brings intensity and purpose to every session he runs. Born in France, Nick gained a unique international perspective on the position and the way the game is taught and played.
​
As the founder of Dahan Goaltending, Nick is known for his no-nonsense approach and his genuine commitment to the development of every hard-working goalie he coaches. He designs structured, elite lesson plans that are fast-paced, detail-driven, and tailored to each goaltender’s immediate needs. His sessions challenge goalies to think the game, sharpen their fundamentals, and compete with confidence in high-pressure situations.

In addition to leading Dahan Goaltending, Nick currently serves as a goaltending coach in USports and the OJHL, working with high-level athletes and bringing that experience directly into his training model. His coaching philosophy has been shaped by years of mentorship from respected goalie coaches, including Eli Wilson and Jamie McGuire, as well as his own playing and coaching experiences at multiple levels of the game.

Nick created Dahan Goaltending by blending elite structure, honest feedback, and a relentless work ethic — all with the goal of helping goaltenders master the fundamentals, develop hockey IQ, and build a lasting love for the position.
SAL
STALTERI
Sal joined Dahan Goaltending in 2016 and brings a wealth of playing and coaching experience to our program. Originally from Woodbridge, Ontario, Sal competed at the NCAA level as a goaltender for SUNY Morrisville, where he developed his strong technical foundation and competitive mindset.
​
Sal went on to play semi-professional hockey in Germany, gaining valuable experience in high-tempo game environments and sharpening his on-ice awareness—a background that makes him especially effective in helping goalies improve their skating, situational positioning, and puck-handling skills.
​
As a coach, Sal creates an energetic and focused learning environment, known for his ability to connect with students and challenge them to elevate their game. He places special emphasis on skating fundamentals, reading the play, and using equipment properly to enhance performance and confidence in net.

Whether you’re new to the position or striving to advance to the next level, Sal’s experience and coaching approach help goalies build strong fundamentals and a deeper understanding of the position.
MITCH
NYARADY
Mitchell joined Dahan Goaltending in 2022. A Georgetown, Ontario native, he grew up playing competitive rep hockey and developed a strong passion for the goaltending position early on.
After joining our goalie school, Mitchell made a significant commitment to learning the game from a coaching perspective, with a focus on developing goaltenders at the grassroots level and across all ages.

After shadowing Nick for over three years, Mitch is ready to work directly with your goaltender, emphasizing strong fundamentals, confidence, and a love for the position.
