CAMPS

A condensed camp focusing on helping goaltenders become:

  • smarter decision making

  • quicker movement

  • and harder working athletes

 

Three days of purposeful training, each day focusing on a different component of goaltending, see the structure outlined below for details.

  • Tuesday to Thursday | Aug. 18th to Sept. 3rd

  • 6 Hours of Ice a Week

  • 2 JOGA Sessions for Mobility and Balance

  • 3:1 Goalie to Instructor Ratio

Skating

- Goalie-Specific PowerSkating

Situational

- In-Tight Situations
- Screens (players in front)
- Behind the Net Reads & Positioning
- Loose Puck Rebound Control
- Battle Sequences

 

Structure

Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays

  • 9am to 1:30pm on Tuesday and Thursday

  • 9am to 12:00pm on Wednesdays

  • Starts Aug. 18th till Sept. 3rd (Extension TBD)

Held at South Fletchers Sportsplex in Brampton, Ontario

  • 9:15am - Warm Up

  • 10am to 12:00pm - Ice

  • 12:30pm to 1:30pm - JOGA

12 Goalies on the Ice with 4-5 instructors + shooters
