Our main focus for this camp is on the athlete's vision of goaltending. We will challenge their knowledge with new techniques, enforcing good habits and improving their work ethic. Goalies are treated like professionals at this camp.
Students are educated during two ice times a day.
- First session is 115 mins, focusing on technique and game situational drills.
- Second session is 75mins, focusing on movement and eye-coordination.
Strength and Conditioning Trainers from Sheridan College will be running the off-ice training.
Built to teach the goalies how to be move properly and increase their speed and agility.
Certified trainers will lead the students through mobility & flexibility training.
They will go through breathing exercises to relieve stress.
Yoga helps bring out confidence & discipline.
The athletes will receive lunch catered by a restaurant chef.
We will be providing BioSteel Sports Drink and Protein Shakes with Healthy Snacks.
Our program will provide multiple seminars on motivation & leadership. We will discuss how to act with professionalism, confidence, and dealing with pressure.
2 iPads will be placed during the ice sessions for an immediate video review.
